Two petrol engine options are available for the Kushaq in India: a 1.5-liter four- cylinder TSI with 150 PS (148 hp; 110 kW) and an entry-level 1.0-liter three- cylinder TSI with 115 PS (113 hp; 85 kW). While the 1.5-liter TSI engine is offered with a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox, the 1.0-liter engine is only available with a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. Škoda’s Chakan facility produces both engines.Five adults can fit comfortably in the Kushaq, with most passengers having ample headroom and legroom.The base variant of the Skoda Kushaq costs Rs. 10.89 lakh, while the premium model costs Rs. 18.79 lakh.
